Mark had been taking photographs for 25 years by the time he began
publishing them in 2002. Since then, he has garnered dozens of
awards, and
"Photographers typically make numerous attempts at
capturing images. Fine art photographers throw most of them away."
Driftwood Beach Sunrise Mark has developed his own approach to create hyper-real photomontages, employing multiple photos to create high dynamic range panoramas. These panoramic landscapes squeeze in more beauty than you can actually see all at once. Mark and his wife Vicki operate Quacky Studios out of their home on Camano Island, producing not only fine art photography, but oil paintings, jewelry, ceramics, fiber arts, and original music CDs.
